Wizard Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (Promega, Madison, WI, USA) was used to extract DNA according to the manufacturer’s protocol.
MIRA-qPCR amplification was performed by Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 6 Flex Real-Time PCR (Singapore Life Technologies Holdings Pte Ltd., Singapore). MIRA basic kit (Amp-future, Weifang, China) was used for nucleic acid amplification according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
